I really liked Billie. She was professional and knowledgeable about the house-buying process. She DID tell me that she was not super knowledgeable about my area (Goshen) which I was ok with because she said she would show me houses wherever I wanted and whenever. And most of the time, she did. However, there were a couple of times when I wanted to look at a house and I had to wait a day because she couldn't do it. I think this was mostly because she was so far away. If I had to do it again, I think I would have just picked a local agent. That's not anything against Billie. Again, she's great. I just wish she were local.

If done over I would rather she tell us up front which things in the house needed fixing or upgrade before I had to read derogatory remarks made by other realtors about a house I dearly loved...often we do not see flaws in things dear to us and some communication along those lines would be helpful. But the house sold and a new family can raise their young children there...its perfect for that andI am happy Patti helped get that transaction completed.
